Kevin Turen was born in Tenafly New Jersey in 1978. Currently the president of Infinity Media (Capote, Saved, The Devils Rejects) Before joining Inifinity in 2007, Kevin Turen was the President of Production at First look Studios. He joined First Look in 2004 and has been integral to the growth of the company through acquisitions and expansion, participating in the build out of Capital Entertainment, a 5 person production company, into First Look Studios, now a distribution, production and finance company with over 200 employees. Additionally, Kevin has developed and produced a number of critically acclaimed films while at First Look, including THE DEAD GIRL, directed by Karen Moncrieff, which has been nominated for several Independent Spirit Awards, and won best picture at the 2006 Deauville International Film Festival and WASSUP ROCKERS, written and directed by Larry Clark. As well as the upcoming AMERICAN CRIME, directed by Tommy O'Haver and SMILEY FACE, directed by Gregg Araki – both official selections of the Sundance Film Festival in 2007. Kevin graduated from Columbia University with a degree in English and Critical Film Studies.
