A recent transplant from the east coast, Robert Zalkind has served as the post-production coordinator for the musical film companion to Sean Lennon's album, Friendly Fire, and is the assistant editor for an in-the-works Yoko Ono concert documentary, both for Quintessence Films. He has worked for Liz Goldwyn Films as associate producer and post-production coordinator for Pretty Things, an HBO documentary, and as producer on the short Painted Lady. Before coming to Los Angeles, Robert directed the short film Performance Art, which was selected for the Cinema Verite Film Festival in Washington, D.C.; and he achieved cult status for his appearance as "the fattest kid in camp" in the Disney film, Heavyweights.
